Returns & Refunds

Travellersdeal, and many sellers on Travellersdeal.com.ph, offer returns for items which is found to be faulty or damaged upon arrival. You can use this page to learn about our returns policy. Most items sold on Travellersdeal  follow our general returns policy, but some products may have different policies or requirements associated with them.

Requirements for a full refund for PRODUCTS:

  • Items must be in new condition
  • Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories
  • Merchant is unable to provide any form of tracking number of shipment within 30 working days of the deal expiry date

We strive to ensure that product descriptions and inclusions are correct, that's why for these reasons, returns cannot be accepted: 

  • Change of  mind Replace with another item or the same item with different description
  • Item not in original packing condition or lacking accessories (as enumerated in the deal page)
  • Defect / damage due to customer misuse or neglect

Requirements for a full refund for SERVICES:

  • Customer must be refused service by the merchant within the voucher valid period
  • Merchant has closed down and/or stopped providing the advertised service on the voucher. Refunds will be provided in the form of Travellersdeal.com.ph  Credits. Refund requests must be submitted via email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. within 5 days of voucher expiry date or within 30 days of deal expiry date, whichever is later.
